Requirements
- Experience working with clients in a consulting environment to define and document functional and technical requirements.
- Client facing experience and are comfortable taking ownership of large group discussions.
- A proven track record of managing complex information and translating that information into actionable collateral and recommendations.
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Love working with data and have a keen interest in performing quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast paced environments, are able to wear many hats, and have a general fear of being bored
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders at varying levels of our clients’ organizations.
- Assist business stakeholders in articulating business needs and defining measurable business value of initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional efforts across client stakeholders to define and document functional and technical requirements related to digital solutions.
- Partner with clients to validate that developed solutions meet the stated business needs of the organization.
- Coordinate with team members to support the overall execution of the projects that you are staffed on.
