About The Position

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work with experienced professionals to analyze business requirements, document current processes, and support solution development for business needs. You will collaborate with analysts and cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, organize findings, and contribute to initiatives that improve processes and decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of professional work experience in business analysis, business operations, project support, internship work, academic projects, or a related business function
  • Experience analyzing business requirements, documenting findings, and preparing reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience gathering and organizing data to support business analysis, process reviews, or decision-making
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Management, or a related field
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship experience in business analysis, project management, business operations, or a related business function
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and Microsoft PowerPoint for business presentations
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Exposure to GitLab, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Java, Spring Boot, or MySQL through coursework, projects, or internship experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist with analyzing business processes, workflows, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders to gather information, clarify business needs, and support solution development
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and process materials that support project execution and business analysis activities
  • Support data gathering, validation, and analysis to help identify trends, issues, and opportunities
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and team discussions to support process improvements and business solutions
  • Track action items, organize project materials, and maintain accurate records for assigned work
