About The Position

The position performs and leads various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function and implement process improvements. It leads the support of business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of various systems. The role also leads the identification and analysis of user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes, resolves issues and identifies opportunities for process redesign and improvement, and performs detailed analysis on multiple projects, recommending potential business solutions and ensuring successful implementations, including improvements and revisions to business processes and requirements. It evaluates risks and concerns and communicates them to management, coordinates with various business units and departments in the development and delivery of training programs, develops, shares, and incorporates organizational best practices into business applications, and oversees all changes to departmental policies and procedures, including communicating and implementing the changes. The role serves as the subject matter expert on the assigned function product to ensure operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of business process or data analysis preferably in healthcare or 5+ years of HEDIS analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access preferred.
  • Experience in Business Analysis, UAT, or Quality roles.
  • Experience supporting integration testing and data/interface validation.
  • Experience leading UAT execution, defect management, and readiness reporting.
  • Proficient in Azure DevOps, JIRA, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Care Management knowledge preferred.
  • TruCare Classic and TruCare Cloud experience strongly desired.
  • Care Central/Facets a plus.
  • Project management experience preferred.
