Highly preferred that candidate has experience in Business Analysis, UAT, or Quality roles, as well as supporting integration testing and data/interface validation. Experience leading UAT execution, defect management, and readiness reporting is also highly preferred. Proficient in Azure DevOps, JIRA, or ServiceNow with strong facilitation and influencing skills. LTSS processes knowledge is preferred; TruCare Classic and TruCare Cloud experience is strongly desired (Care Central/Facets a plus). Flexibility for periodic evening/weekend release work is required; occasional travel may be needed. The Position Purpose is to perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function. Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of new systems. Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes. Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation. Identify ways to enhance performance management and operational reports related to new business implementation processes. Develop and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications. Lead problem solving and coordination efforts between various business units. Assist with formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned and complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Analysis, UAT, or Quality roles.
  • Experience supporting integration testing and data/interface validation.
  • Experience leading UAT execution, defect management, and readiness reporting.
  • Proficient in Azure DevOps, JIRA, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.

Nice To Haves

  • LTSS processes knowledge preferred.
  • TruCare Classic and TruCare Cloud experience strongly desired.
  • Care Central/Facets a plus.
  • Project management experience preferred.
