  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to validate complex workflows and system behavior.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise quality and readiness programs, drive accountability for quality outcomes, and build or scale teams and capabilities as platform needs evolve.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in mortgage servicing, financial services, or fintech environments strongly preferred.
  • Experience building or scaling quality assurance or UAT capabilities preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in QA, testing, or quality management (e.g., ISTQB) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the UAT and quality strategy across the servicing product platform.
  • Establish standardized testing methodologies, frameworks, and governance processes to ensure consistent validation across all domains.
  • Ensure alignment between product requirements, business rules, and system behavior through structured validation and enforcement.
  • Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and validation across Product, Engineering, and domain teams.
  • Continuously evolve testing and validation approaches to support increasing system complexity, scale, and regulatory expectations.
  • Establish and scale UAT and business readiness capabilities, including processes, tools, and team structure as platform needs evolve.
  • Own the quality operating model across releases, including defect identification, triage, escalation, and resolution processes, ensuring alignment between Product, Engineering, and domain teams.
  • Lead end-to-end UAT planning and execution across servicing domains, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all workflows and scenarios.
  • Oversee development of known-answer test cases to validate calculations, financial logic, and system outputs.
  • Define and govern scenario-based testing frameworks grounded in real servicing workflows, including edge cases and exception handling.
  • Ensure testing coverage across standard workflows, edge cases, and complex real-world conditions.
  • Partner with Principals to validate that all domain logic is appropriately represented in test scenarios.
  • Define and drive evolution of automated testing capabilities, ensuring alignment with system behavior, domain logic, and evolving platform needs.
  • Partner with Engineering to design and implement automated testing capabilities.
