About The Position

The Business Systems Analyst – Internal Communications & Digital Platforms partners with Internal Communications, Marketing, Information Services, and operational leaders to support and optimize the digital platforms that inform, engage, and connect team members across Baptist Health. This role combines business systems analysis, digital content management, and communication expertise to enhance user experience, improve workflows, and ensure content remains accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Digital Media, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Five (5) years of experience in business systems analysis, digital content management, internal communications, or related roles.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, content management systems, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong writing, editing, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and workflow improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective digital solutions and workflow improvements.
  • Manage, maintain, and publish content across SharePoint Online and other employee-facing communication platforms.
  • Develop, write, edit, and optimize content that supports employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders, Information Services, and project teams to support system enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, user experience, and digital adoption across internal communication platforms.
