About The Position

Cornerstone Servicing is seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to join our team in Englewood, CO! The Digital Communication Representative role is responsible for providing world class customer care to our customers through all digital communication channels. This position will provide outstanding customer care by taking ownership and responsibility for all activity occurring at CHL and ensuring full and complete resolution to each customer inquiry. Additionally, this position is responsible for pro-active customer communication.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service
Minimum 1 year of resolving customer inquiries in writing
Strong writing skills while having a passion for taking care of customer needs with exceptional customer service skills
Solid analytical skills with the ability to exercise prudent judgment
Exceptional organization and time management a must
Comfortable being a team player
Strong interpersonal skills in addition to verbal/written communication
Ability to work through stressful situations professionally
Attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual skills a plus

Responsibilities

Responsible for reinforcing confidence in CHL’s ability to provide best class care in mortgage loan servicing by utilizing strong problem-solving, positive language and strong writing skills to fully resolve all customer inquiries.
Engaging with other CHL team members as needed to fully resolve customer inquiries
Ability to identify trends and/or customer experience improvement opportunities based on customer inquiries to mitigate future customer inquiries and improve overall customer experience
Continuously improve knowledge base and skillset to ensure maximum level of customer satisfaction and world class customer experience
