About The Position
Anthropic is seeking a creative and high-agency content producer to help tell internal stories about the people and work at the company. This role involves collaborating with the Internal Editorial Lead to discover and share stories about Anthropic's culture, progress, and people through various formats like videos, audio, and physical artifacts. The ideal candidate is highly creative, ambitious, willing to take risks, and comfortable with quick turnaround times.
Requirements
- A knack for finding and building narratives.
- Experience producing content in different mediums (e.g., video, audio, physical artifacts).
- Experience in high-trust, time-sensitive environments.
- Ability to move extremely quickly and fluidly.
- Based in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Internal Editorial Lead to identify stories.
- Tell those stories in unexpected ways (e.g., through videos, in-office pop-up exhibits, podcast series).
- Own the end-to-end content production process in-house.
