As a Business Analyst Intern on the Technology team, a typical day for you will include: Support analysis and optimization of the end-to-end transactional customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency Assist in documenting current and future-state customer journeys, including workflows, touchpoints, and pain points across channels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on customer experience initiatives Contribute to Point-of-Sale (POS) system updates, including documenting requirements, supporting testing, and validating enhancements tied to customer journey improvements Help maintain clear and organized process documentation, journey maps, and business requirements Participate in data analysis and insights generation to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives Support testing efforts (UAT) to ensure POS and process updates meet business and customer needs Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of business process mapping, customer journey mapping, or workflow documentation (coursework or projects acceptable)
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and ability to interpret data to support decision-making
  • Exposure to requirements gathering and documentation (e.g., user stories, process flows) through coursework or internships
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Strong interest in customer experience, business analysis, or process improvement
  • Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with or interest in retail systems, Point-of-Sale (POS) environments, or transactional systems is a plus

Responsibilities
