About The Position

The Business Analyst III supports the Product Data Operations (PDO) Core and MSL portfolios, enabling a complex global outsourced operation serving product partners. The role combines recurring workforce planning, Anaplan, and budget-adjacent operational work with building, testing, and deploying AI-driven solutions in partnership with the SPD team to reduce manual effort. The analyst handles planning operations and exception reviews, maintains data accuracy, and works with program managers to resolve intake questions and meet deadlines and SLAs. The role also executes a prioritized automation roadmap, documents and validates workflows and solutions, monitors deployed automations, addresses failures, identifies opportunities for improvement, and reports progress to relevant stakeholders. OP is a technology consulting and solutions company providing advisory and managed services, platforms, and staffing solutions across areas including AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture. Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, vendor operations, workforce analytics, budget management, or a combination of these.
Experience operating enterprise planning or workforce management systems such as Anaplan or similar.
Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-driven automations in a business operations context.
Experience translating a manual, documented process into a working automation, including testing and validation before rollout.
Experience in process documentation and iterative process improvement, with strong attention to detail.
Full proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Advanced verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter able to navigate ambiguity and complexity, work independently on tactical and operational activities, and prioritize time.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working inside the internal technical environment or with AI tools.
Experience with vendor or outsourced workforce operations across multiple partners and locations.
Experience with BPO commercial models, including hourly/FTE, unit-based, and output-based models.
Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization applications.
Experience working with global, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Execute recurring workforce planning operations across the PDO portfolio, including processing staffing requests, maintaining Anaplan, and supporting supply planning communications.
Perform defined gate checks and exception reviews, apply standard rules consistently, and route edge cases to the appropriate owner.
Resolve intake clarifications with program managers to keep requests moving and maintain critical deadlines and SLAs.
Validate data accuracy in Anaplan and tracking logs and reconcile discrepancies.
Execute the prioritized automation roadmap by running, documenting, optimizing, and automating processes to replace manual steps.
Build, test, and roll out automations and AI agents for defined workflows.
Validate automation outputs before launch and document solutions and process updates.
Monitor deployed automations for drift and failure; identify stalled workflows or degraded automations, remediate issues, and escalate unresolved problems.
Proactively identify manual, repetitive, or inconsistent processes and propose ways to streamline them.
Document processes and automations to support transferability and auditability.
Prepare and deliver automation-roadmap status updates to relevant team members and leads.
Participate in OP monthly team meetings and team-building efforts.
Contribute to OP technical discussions and peer reviews.
Contribute content and collaborate through the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
