ABOUT THE ROLE The Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. This role transforms complex data into meaningful insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization that support financial and operational planning, forecasting, reporting, and executive decision making. The analyst partners closely with cross functional business partners in Network Operations and Finance to build reliable, scalable, and visually compelling dashboards and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience working with Power BI in a business or analytics environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working with financial, operational, or performance data
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to present complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Data visualization and storytelling
  • Business acumen and stakeholder collaboration
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Background in operational, finance, FP&A, or accounting reporting

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
  • Translate business and financial requirements into effective BI solutions
  • Integrate data from ERP / general ledger, and operational systems
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance of data models and visualizations
  • Collaborate with finance and operational teams to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards
  • Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency to reduce manual Excel based processes
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
  • Document dashboard logic, data sources, and report definitions
  • Provide end-user support and training to users on Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and executive reporting requests
