About The Position

The Business Analyst III will gather business requirements and provide reporting and analytical support for Senior analysts and the department manager. As the Business Analyst, you will gather requirements for new loss mitigation programs, develop comprehensive testing plans, track key performance metrics, organize and present reporting views to management, and perform complex analysis.
The Business Analyst III will:
Identify changes to program requirments for government agencies and new potential investors
Write queries for ad-hoc data requests
Provide analytical support to Sr. Analyst and Manager
Organize, prep, and present data to management
Monitor recurring reporting and create new reporting views
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Moderate skills with SQL database
• Strong skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)

• Mortgage industry experience
