About The Position

Under general supervision, provides advanced level data and work assessment, reporting, and recommendations within assigned areas of expertise. Provides advanced level analysis in order to support and enhance overall department workflow, customer service, improvement and work quality.

Requirements

  • Must live and work in U.S.
  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration related or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
  • 5 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (complex and nested formulas; tables, pivot tables and pivot reporting; dynamic & interactive charting; VBA and macros; etc.)
  • Experience developing and maintaining efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, indexes, functions for use in large volume databases.
  • Ability to think and act strategically
  • Build relationships and leverage subject matter expertise to driving conversations and/or influence decision
  • Efficiently generate, reliable working relationships with team, staff, and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter expert for assigned functions.
  • Provides assessment and recommendations to management. Responsible for preparing reports on data summaries, changes, and trends for use by management.
  • Resolves data driven issues arising from internal department functions, or as identified by leadership.
  • Serves as department stakeholder regarding system issues and enhancements. Manages and tracks issues to resolution within department and in partnership with other groups.
  • Serves as Primary Subject Matter expert regarding 3p Supplier Integration. Including but not limited to tracking, onboarding, maintaining and reporting.
  • Assists with special projects within assigned department or as part of cross-functional teams as required or assigned.
  • Monitors department processes and work flow to ensure overall accuracy and quality of data and work output.
  • Determines areas of risk as new or changed processes are implemented.
  • Recommends changes, updates and processes for continuous improvement in areas of expertise.
  • Evaluates current training methods and materials for assigned group, and recommend improvements. Reviews and creates training as needed.
  • Provides guidance, support and training to VOPs analysts on and offshore.
  • Other duties as instructed by Senior Business Analyst.
