About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst (BA) focused on Disputes Process and Technology. This role will work closely with the Disputes Line of Business, Product Owners, and Technical Leads to support process improvements and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business/technical requirements, managing project timelines and initiatives, designing and executing testing programs, including UAT, and supporting collaboration between business and technical teams. Candidates should be quick learners with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to use data effectively to support decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience

• Ability to Plan, Design, and Execute Projects/Initiatives
• Experience with Testing Programs & UAT Testing
• Strong Communication Skills
• USC & Green Card Only

Responsibilities

• Work independently with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements for technical teams
• Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and implementation
• Create detailed test acceptance criteria and execute Unit/UAT testing
• Develop and execute SQL scripts for ETL and data validation testing
• Conduct research on current trends and technologies related to: Banking industry, Data engineering & architecture, Data security
• Provide support and troubleshooting for data platforms
• Participate in internal initiatives such as: Legacy system modernization, Monitoring and analytics improvements, Tool development
• Technical documentation
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Manage and prioritize multiple assignments effectively
