About The Position

The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements from stakeholders to deliver effective solutions that meet the clients’ objectives. The Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between project teams, technical resources, and business stakeholders, ensuring that end-user needs are accurately translated into clear, actionable project requirements and deliverables. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field or a related technology field as a senior-level Business Analyst, demonstrating increasing responsibility and complexity in assignments.
Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
Ability to analyze systems and procedures
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort.
Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Nice To Haves

5 years (preferred) working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and practices, including experience working in Scrum, Kanban, or similar Agile frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile artifacts and tools (e.g., product backlogs, user stories, sprint boards, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
2 years (preferred) experience in the understanding, development, and documentation of use cases to define system behavior and user interactions.
Ability to create structured use case narratives and diagrams that support design, development, and testing activities.
2 years (preferred) experience in process documentation and process mapping, including as-is/to-be process flows, swimlane diagrams, and related artifacts.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements for complex technology initiatives.
Develop clear requirements artifacts (e.g., business requirements, functional specs, user stories) and maintain them throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and refine use cases to describe system interactions and ensure they are understood and implemented by technical teams.
Document and map current- and future-state business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to align on requirements, priorities, and solution approaches.
Participate in Agile activities (e.g., backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews) and support backlog definition and clarification.
Support testing and validation by helping derive test scenarios from requirements/use cases and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).
