About The Position

The Business Analyst II will be responsible for the collection and documentation of all 'As Is' processes. They will work with Department Leaders to gather business requirements for process revisions, enhancements, and the creation of 'To Be' processes. This involves analyzing existing workflows, systems, and practices to understand how work is currently being done. The role will collaborate with IT to project manage process/requirement work and manage end-to-end coordination and communication with internal stakeholders to ensure process changes do not negatively impact other organizations. The Business Analyst II will proactively monitor end-to-end processes, identify areas for efficiency improvement, and recommend solutions for gaps or areas needing enhancement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business and process analysis.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience designing, optimizing, and documenting business processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in Telecommunications.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • Two-year process management experience.
  • Service Now experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.
  • Ability to develop and coordinate multiple processes and business requirements.
  • Demonstrated clear, informative, persuasive and collaborative verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must exhibit honesty, integrity and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Must possess strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently.
