About The Position

Join CIBC’s Chief Administrative Office team and help drive CIBC's digital transformation. As a Business Analyst Co-op, you will be part of the team that manages business procedures for CIBC Wood Gundy, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies. You’ll review and update procedures, collaborate with branches to resolve deficiencies, and assist with migrating confidential records to secure repositories. You’ll also support the team in different projects, identify areas of opportunity and conduct analysis that will help process improvements. You’ll provide administrative and communication support for these initiatives, working closely with team members and business partners to maintain operational excellence. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite – Experienced in using MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint to support reporting, analysis, and documentation tasks.
  • Administration & Procedure Management – Experienced in administrative roles, procedure management, or compliance, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Compliance – Demonstrates an understanding of regulatory requirements and maintains accurate records to support compliance initiatives.
  • Effective Communication – Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Working towards a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Records & Information Management or related field.
