About The Position

As a Digital Business Analyst Co-op in the Digital Strategy team, you will assist with supporting the development of digital solutions to enable digital acquisition, onboarding and servicing through CIBC’s Online & Mobile Banking platforms. You're passionate about the intersection of business, design and technology and strive to make banking at CIBC a leading digital experience for our clients. In this role you will proactively scan the market to identify and assess new and emerging digital capabilities and CIBC Digital’s competitive standing, assist with providing and updating materials for stakeholder presentations, summaries of competitive intelligence and KPI tracking, help develop business cases, quantify financial impact of projects, and assist with project prioritization, create strong relationships across Strategy, Product Delivery, Design, Development and other lines of businesses to provide functional insights for strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible.
