About The Position

This role is for a Junior Business Analyst (BA) with a focus on Salesforce & AI. The ideal candidate has approximately 2 years of experience in business analysis, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for AI. Interest in Salesforce is key, even if not yet an expert. The company is looking for someone motivated to develop skills on the Salesforce platform and aims to train them into a seasoned Salesforce BA. The initial two months will be dedicated to training, followed by shadowing and practical experience on projects. The role involves becoming a trusted client partner, configuring tailored cloud solutions, ensuring quality and data integrity, supporting change management, and innovating with AI and the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Around 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, or a related tech field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to converse, simplify complex concepts, and build relationships.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business discussions with clients and technical chats with developers.
  • Perfect bilingualism: impeccable French and English speaking and writing skills.
  • Dynamic, curious, methodical, and a love for learning new technologies.
  • Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous exposure to a CRM or ERP environment is a major plus.
  • AI certifications or completed basic AI training is a significant asset.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discussions and discovery workshops with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into concrete Salesforce solutions.
  • Translate these discussions into clear, structured requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) tailored to the capabilities and best practices of the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate closely with our Salesforce consultants and developers to design the functional architecture of projects.
  • Learn to configure the platform yourself based on client needs: creating custom objects, automating processes, managing security and access, and leveraging core tools such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Create test scenarios and perform functional QA testing to validate the quality of Salesforce configurations before client delivery.
  • Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to help clients track their key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure steady project tracking and communicate progress transparently.
  • Prepare Salesforce user guides and lead training sessions or live demonstrations for end-users.
  • Provide functional maintenance and user support to ensure maximum platform adoption post-deployment.
  • Explore the ecosystem (such as AppExchange applications) to enrich client solutions.
  • Propose innovative ideas to integrate the latest features of Salesforce native AI to modernize and automate our clients' business processes.
