About The Position

As a Business Analyst 3 with the Municipal Retirement System, you will support essential reporting tools that help guide important retirement services. This role brings you into collaboration with business and technical teams to improve data resources. You will play a key part in strengthening reporting accuracy and system performance. Requirements

• One year as a Business Analyst 2; or Two years of business process analysis experience and a bachelor’s degree; or Six years of business process analysis experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify reporting and data needs and translate them into system requirements
• Build and update dashboards, queries, and reporting tools with approved technologies
• Review data outputs to confirm accuracy and locate inconsistencies
• Support system changes and collaborate with technical staff to address issues
• Prepare testing materials and assist business users during system updates
• Provide training and guidance on reporting solutions and applications
