About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. This role involves evaluating user requests for new or modified products, analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs, and formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies. The candidate will be proficient in Agile practices and story writing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience as a business systems analyst for medium-to-large projects.
  • Able to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners and vendors.
  • Able to lead requirements-gathering sessions, including workshops, interviews, and document analysis, to capture detailed business needs.
  • Able to accurately translate system and business requirements into epics, features and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
  • Able to write UAT test scripts and proficient in UAT testing.
  • Able to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks.
  • Able to track requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, VISIO, Draw.io, ADO, JIRA, Confluence and BI Tools.
  • Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
