Requirements

  • 3-4 years of bookkeeping, accounting, financial operations, or advisory support experience
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping workflows and financial statements
  • Experience reviewing reconciliations and identifying discrepancies
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills required — including pivot tables, reporting analysis, data organization, and spreadsheet management
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfort interacting directly with clients professionally and confidently
  • Experience with Google Workspace

Nice To Haves

  • Public accounting experience
  • Experience preparing management reports or KPI dashboards
  • Familiarity with Fathom or other reporting platforms

Responsibilities

  • Help Keep Advisory Clients Moving Forward: You’ll act as the operational backbone of our advisory department — helping create consistency, accountability, organization, and an exceptional client experience. Some days that looks like: preparing management reporting packages reviewing financials before meetings coordinating client meetings and recurring schedules preparing agendas and sending follow-ups tracking client action items and implementation progress maintaining KPI dashboards and reporting tools helping leadership stay prepared and ahead organizing priorities and next steps improving recurring workflows and processes ensuring details don’t quietly fall through the cracks You’ll play a huge role in helping our advisory experience feel proactive, organized, and high-touch.
  • Deliver Financial & Operational Support: Responsibilities include: reviewing bookkeeping work for quality and completeness assisting with reconciliations and cleanup review supporting month-end reporting workflows identifying inconsistencies or financial concerns maintaining organized client notes and communication supporting recurring reporting and implementation tasks helping improve internal systems and processes over time We value precision, but we also value initiative, ownership, judgement, and follow-through.
