About The Position

We are supporting a major aerospace industrial player in the search for an experienced Business Analyst to contribute to the transformation and optimization of Supply Chain processes and digital tools in a complex, regulated, and high‑performance environment. In this role, you will work at the interface between business teams and IT, supporting strategic and operational initiatives across the supply chain. You will play a key role in understanding business needs, formalizing requirements, and ensuring the successful deployment of robust and efficient solutions.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Supply Chain, Operations, or industrial environments
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and constraints in complex production contexts
  • Strong analytical and structured mindset with attention to detail
  • Able to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in large organizations with strong process and quality requirements

Responsibilities

  • Analyze end‑to‑end Supply Chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, order management)
  • Collect, structure, and document business requirements from operational stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Contribute to the implementation or evolution of Supply Chain tools (ERP, planning systems, reporting tools)
  • Support testing phases (functional testing, UAT) and ensure solution alignment with business needs
  • Participate in change management activities, including communication, training, and user adoption
  • Act as a key contributor in cross‑functional and often international project teams
