About The Position

The Business Administration & Office Operations Intern supports daily business operations while gaining hands-on experience in office administration, purchasing, accounting support, human resources systems, and sales coordination. This internship provides students with real-world exposure to how business functions operate together within a growing company environment. Interns will assist with administrative and operational projects while developing professional skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, and business coordination. Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Help organize and maintain files, records, and digital documentation
  • Support scheduling, document preparation, and internal communications
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining organized business systems
  • Assist with purchase orders, vendor coordination, and supply tracking
  • Support basic accounting and recordkeeping activities
  • Help organize invoices, receipts, and purchasing documentation
  • Assist with inventory-related administrative tasks as assigned
  • Assist staff with administrative processes within the Insperity HR system
  • Support employee record organization and onboarding documentation
  • Help maintain accurate and organized personnel-related files and records
  • Learn about HR operations, compliance, and workplace processes
  • Support sales and marketing coordination activities
  • Assist with organizing marketing materials, customer information, or project tracking
  • Help with special projects related to business growth and operations
  • Conduct basic research or administrative support for ongoing company initiatives
  • Work alongside members of the management team to gain exposure to leadership and business decision-making processes
  • Assist with meeting preparation, project coordination, and administrative support activities
  • Provide general administrative or personal assistant support to management team members as needed
  • Observe how managers coordinate operations, prioritize projects, manage resources, and support organizational goals
