About The Position

The Business Accounts Specialist supports the full customer lifecycle by building strong relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving long-term account retention. This role serves as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing daily account activities while proactively addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and enhancing overall satisfaction. The position collaborates cross-functionally with billing, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience, while also tracking feedback and contributing to continuous improvement efforts that support business performance and growth.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or support, account management, or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience.
  • Maintains customer accounts by updating contact information, issuing or deactivating barcode stickers (customers linked), ensuring accurate account status and developing ongoing relationships with customers in a professional and positive manner.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting errors, resolving billing issues and escalating customer needs/requests.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service.
  • Track and report on customer feedback and sentiment, along with business development performance.
  • Processes customer wash pass transaction, ensuring accurate fulfillments.
  • Work closely with the respective departments on billing and marketing related needs.
