The Bus Server Attendant is responsible for providing a friendly, warm, and welcoming experience to all guests in accordance with Greenbrier standards. This role requires knowledge of all venue offerings, training and implementation of service standards, and execution of various service duties. The attendant will assist with table maintenance, setting, detailing, and other service steps. Additionally, they will be involved in menu and beverage presentation, taking and placing orders, polishing silver and glassware, serving courses, clearing tables, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal. The position also includes making coffee and espresso drinks, processing payments, assisting with guest departures, completing side work, and maintaining a professional demeanor on the phone and in the dining room. Effective use of time and materials, knowledge of ABC laws, and participation in meetings are also key aspects of the role. Employees are expected to assist colleagues as needed due to fluctuating operational demands.
