About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Bus Person for Hotel Boulderado. This is a part-time, tipped restaurant position requiring weekend, night, and holiday availability. The role supports restaurant operations by clearing and resetting tables, transporting dishes and food, handling garbage and beverage syrup changes, completing side work, and assisting wait staff as needed. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to exceed guests' expectations.
Ability to work as a team player.
Weekend, night, and holiday availability is required.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of one year in a hotel or restaurant service role preferred.

Responsibilities

Carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the kitchen.
Wipe tabletops and chairs.
Set tables with silverware and glassware.
Take out garbage.
Change beverage syrups.
Run food from the kitchen to the restaurant as needed.
Complete side work duties.
Assist wait staff as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
