About The Position

The Bus Attendant is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives covering the hotel's food service venues. The Bus Attendant sets up, services, and breaks down the food and beverage areas where they are assigned, ensuring high quality, consistency, and service. The Bus Attendant also assists the Restaurant Servers with cleaning guest tables and the restaurant area. Responsibilities

  • Establish service standards throughout the guest experience.
  • Ascertain guest satisfaction.
  • Assist service staff as directed by the manager.
  • Supply assigned station with all items needed for daily operation.
  • Serve water, coffee, juice, and other beverages and refills.
  • Clear extra place settings at the table.
  • Maintain customer relations at the table.
  • Complete all closing side work properly.
  • Perform any duties as requested by the manager.
  • Handle stress and multiple tasks (to organize service steps).
