About The Position

Hill Bros Logistics is seeking a Bulk Senior Account Manager to grow revenue through new and existing business. The role involves understanding customers’ operations and freight needs, developing tailored solutions, and partnering with the company’s team to deliver them. The position is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and travel outside the Omaha metro area up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A consultative, self-directed approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel outside the Omaha metro area up to 25% of the time.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of related experience preferred; transportation experience is ideal.
• TMW or CRM experience is helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and qualify new accounts through research, warm lead calling, and a strategic, consultative approach.
• Manage current and new customers, focusing on increasing revenue month over month.
• Develop SOPs and solutions that clarify customer requirements and expectations.
• Work with Operations to secure capacity and 3PL services and ensure shipments are on time and meet standards.
• Contribute to bid packages and pricing opportunities, considering market conditions and competition.
• Log customer activity in the CRM, run TMW reports, and share weekly updates on account growth.
