About The Position

Ardent Mills is hiring a full-time Bulk Operator I for its production facility in San Bernardino, California. The role involves loading bulk delivery vessels and performing sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements and compliance in the bulk department. Bulk Operators help ensure products are loaded efficiently and support the production process. Training is provided. The position requires regular on-site presence, and schedules may vary with operational needs, including rotating shifts and potentially overtime, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities where applicable. Eligible employees assigned to shifts outside standard business hours may receive a shift differential. Team members must be clean-shaven when respiratory protection is required so respirators, including N-95 dust masks, can seal properly.

Ability to safely perform physical duties that may include bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise, while using PPE including a dust mask.
Ability to work at elevated areas four feet and above using appropriate fall protection.
Must be clean-shaven when performing tasks requiring respiratory protection, to allow a proper respirator seal.

Responsibilities

Load bulk delivery vessels.

Support smooth and efficient bulk loading and the production process.
