About The Position

Ardent Mills is hiring a full-time Bulk Operator I for its production facility in San Bernardino, California. The role is responsible for loading bulk delivery vessels and completing sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements and compliance within the bulk department. The position supports the production process and helps ensure products are loaded smoothly and efficiently. On-the-job training is provided. The role requires regular on-site presence, and schedules may vary with operational needs and may include shift work, overtime, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities where applicable. A shift differential may be available for eligible employees working outside standard business hours. Team members must be clean-shaven when performing tasks requiring respiratory protection so that a respirator, including an N-95 dust mask, can seal properly.

Ability to safely perform physical duties that may include bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise, while using personal protective equipment, including a dust mask.
Ability to work at elevated areas of 4 feet and above using appropriate fall protection.
Must be clean-shaven when performing work requiring respiratory protection to ensure a proper respirator seal.
