Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience preferred in carpentry, roofing installation, shoring, painting, sewers, snow removal, and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Performs all types of building repairs including masonry including tuck pointing, concrete and finishing, and epoxy flooring.
• Performs and understands the installation/layout of all pipes.
• Understands current plumbing codes and all sewer cleaning equipment.
• Performs soldering and working with pro press system.
• Demonstrates welding skills.
• Knowledge of the use of copper stainless steel, galvanized steel, and PVC pipes.
• Demonstrates thorough skills in maintenance renovation and constructions of all types.
• Analyzes and plans work.
• Demonstrates knowledge of wood structure of old buildings.
• Safely operates maintenance and construction tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
