The Building, Venue & Events Coordinator manages the use of all event, common, and academic spaces within Huntsman Hall, the Eccles Business building and the Gardner Leadership and Learning Building. The coordinator also plans and executes events alongside the HSB Events Coordinator and other Huntsman School staff as needed. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills. He/she must also be able to adapt to changing circumstances, be a self-starter, and able to work independently. This is an exempt staff position reporting to the Director of External Relations at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
