About The Position
The Building Supervisor serves as a liaison between members and staff under the direction of the Program Director. The role is responsible for maintaining a positive interpretation and enforcement of facility policies, rules, and guidelines for YMCA members, guests, and participants. This part-time position is located in Avon, Indiana, and is scheduled for Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work well with the public.
- Good communication and public relations skills.
- Skills in supervising youth and adult activities.
- Maintain current certifications in CPR/AED, First Aid, Safety & Risk Management, Child Abuse Prevention, and New Employee Orientation, or be able to obtain this training within 60–90 days of employment.
Nice To Haves
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
