About The Position

As a Part-Time Building Supervisor at the West YMCA, you'll be on the frontline of fun, creativity, and caring! You'll be guiding a lively group of individuals while ensuring a safe and engaging environment. This is an onsite role where every weekend is a new opportunity to shine. The pay is $11-$12.50 per hour. Benefits include a YMCA Membership and the opportunity to earn Paid Time Off. Requirements

Must be at least 25 years old.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to effectively communicate, mentor, and engage with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Capability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsible individual who embodies honesty, respect, and fun.
Must be available evenings and weekends.
Weekday shifts are typically 5pm-10:15pm, hours vary on the weekends.
