About The Position

As a Building Superintendent, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the condition of Nation properties. You'll be responsible for overseeing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs to ensure every property is well-kept and in top condition. Your expertise will ensure that all systems run smoothly, creating a safe and comfortable environment for tenants. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Strong background in carpentry, plumbing, heating and electrical.
• 8-10 years of work experience in grounds and building maintenance.
• Valid driver's license, with no restrictions.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders in the areas of carpentry, plumbing, heating and electrical.
• Perform landscaping duties including lawn mowing, weed eating and trimming.
• Responsible for removing snow from walkways and other areas.
• Coordinate warranty work done by outside vendors.
• Perform light duty clean up and event set-up and take-down as needed.
