About The Position

Assignment for a daily building substitute teacher is available at the Middle School of Plainville grades 6, 7, and 8.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Must be reliable and have a positive attitude.
- Batchelors degree required.
Nice To Haves
- Applicant is certified (for higher pay rate).
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions and lesson plans left by the teacher.
- Work with a variety of students including those with special education needs.
- Be versatile and flexible as building substitutes are utilized across various grades, departments and classes.
Benefits
- Substitute compensation rate is $125.00 per day and $150.00 per day if applicant is certified.
