About The Position

The Building Services Attendant helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for YMCA members, guests, and staff. The role includes cleaning locker rooms and wet areas, monitoring building safety, and handling minor repairs to keep YMCA facilities operating smoothly and looking well maintained. This is a part-time position. Shifts vary by location: Donelson YMCA needs evenings and weekends; North Rutherford YMCA needs 8 a.m.–1 p.m. Monday through Friday; and Clarksville YMCA needs Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Pay starts at $13 per hour, with higher pay depending on experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to serve others.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cleaning and chemical safety procedures is preferred.
