About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring Concierge Security Officers for multiple positions in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while working with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Officers help protect individuals and property while supporting visitors and managing site security. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
