About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring Concierge Security Officers for multiple full-time positions in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while working with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Officers welcome and guide visitors, verify identities, manage access, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and help protect people and property.

Three schedules are available: a split schedule with Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Wednesday through Sunday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.; or an overnight schedule on Saturday from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and Sunday through Tuesday and Friday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The wage is $20 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
