Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for project investigation, reporting, specification preparation, quality observation, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and manufacturers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects with varying scopes, and brings strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and team-oriented mindset
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in roofing and project management
  • In-depth knowledge of roofing and construction systems
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

  • Registered Roof Observer (RRO) designation is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead pre-bid, pre-start, progress, and closeout site meetings
  • Collect field data to support the preparation of repair specifications, drawings, and tenders
  • Develop technical specifications for roofing remediation projects
  • Support the preparation of design and tender documentation
  • Review drawings and specifications to ensure scope accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with roofing and building envelope inspections, investigations, and design activities
  • Participate in design reviews for roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems
  • Review project submittmits and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements
  • Conduct quality observations to ensure work meets specifications, codes, and standards
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including contract administration
  • Provide technical guidance to field technicians and technologists
  • Support time tracking, billing inputs, and job costing processes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
