This role works closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and safety on a daily basis. By following established maintenance schedules, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements, the position supports the longevity of assets and ensures compliance with health, safety, and building regulations. This is a hands-on position.
