About The Position

This role is responsible for general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywalling and repair, snow removal, and lawn care. The position requires the ability to complete work orders and assigned tasks with little or no supervision, and to assist with general maintenance as needed. The job may require working various hours with little or no notice. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or 1-year of on-the-job training in a related field
• One year of experience or education in at least two (2) of the following building maintenance areas: Carpentry, 110-220-volt electrical, Concrete pour and finish, Vehicle repair, Pipe insulation, Painting, Plumbing
• Valid driver’s license
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• At least 6 months of experience in two of the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, and Painting
