About The Position

Join WesleyLife and Help Revolutionize the Aging Experience! As a Skilled Building Maintenance Professional, you will perform maintenance and repairs in light electrical and plumbing - such as changing filters, cleaning vents, replacing light bulbs and fixtures, replacing and/or repairing leaks, faucets, toilets, and sinks. You will also be responsible for the completion of work orders, conducting regular safety inspections, and preventative maintenance. This is a full-time position with hours from 7am-3:30pm, and you will be on-call every third week.

Requirements

3 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance.
Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs in light electrical and plumbing - such as changing filters, cleaning vents, replacing light bulbs and fixtures, replacing and/or repairing leaks, faucets, toilets, and sinks
Completion of work orders
Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance
On-call every other week
