About The Position

As a Skilled Building Maintenance Professional, you will perform maintenance and repairs in light electrical and plumbing, complete work orders, and conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance. This is a full-time position with on-call duties every third week. Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs in light electrical and plumbing - such as changing filters, cleaning vents, replacing light bulbs and fixtures, replacing and/or repairing leaks, faucets, toilets, and sinks
- Completion of work orders
- Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance
- On-call every other week
