About The Position

This role is responsible for general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repair, snow removal, and lawn care. The successful candidate will complete work orders and other assigned tasks as directed by their supervisor, working with little or no supervision. Assistance with general maintenance as needed and working various hours with little or no notice may be required. The position requires the ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or 1-year of on-the-job training in a related field
• One year of experience or education in at least two (2) of the following building maintenance areas: Carpentry, 110-220-volt electrical, Concrete pour and finish, Vehicle repair, Pipe insulation, Painting Plumbing
• Valid driver’s license
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• At least 6 months of experience in two of the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, and Painting
