About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Building Maintenance associate to perform general maintenance of buildings and facilities, including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems. The role includes maintaining HVAC systems, completing minor water and electrical repairs, carrying out preventive maintenance programs, and maintaining material handling equipment to support service reliability. The associate also performs general carpentry and maintenance on floors, walls, and doors; ensures safety equipment is in working order; completes reports after maintenance tasks; and answers security or alarm calls as needed.

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Pay is $22.55 per hour, with a $1.50-per-hour shift differential. Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous facility maintenance experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous warehouse maintenance experience.
• Experience with forklifts.
• Ability to learn or understand Microsoft Office 365, with an aptitude for Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment and basic maintenance skills for repairs and preventive maintenance.
