About The Position

The Building Maintenance Tech maintains a wide variety of buildings and building systems at designated CCHCS locations. The role provides preventive and predictive maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and special projects assigned by the manager, completing work to a good and workmanlike standard. The position requires working effectively with customers, contractors, and team members while delivering a high level of service. The technician schedules and oversees contractor work at assigned properties, manages and accounts for time, documents work performed, and communicates work schedules and progress to stakeholders. The technician maintains a professional appearance and operates and maintains a company vehicle in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Five years of relevant property and building maintenance experience.
• Computer literacy in a Windows environment.
• Five years of experience with the tools of the trade.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle in accordance with company policies.
