About The Position

General building maintenance for six fitness centers and corporate office. Responsibilities include maintaining the upkeep of all buildings and supplies needed to meet health and safety standards. This involves inspecting building structures inside and outside to determine any need for repairs, inspecting facilities to identify problems and maintenance issues, and inspecting and maintaining building systems to report necessary repairs or to outside vendor service technicians. The role also includes performing general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, minor construction, and repairs.
