About The Position
We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Building Maintenance Supervisor. This role involves responding to guest requests, performing preventative maintenance, leading a team of Building Maintenance Techs, and overseeing various maintenance projects including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. The supervisor will also manage third-party contractors, respond to emergencies, and maintain a professional appearance.
Requirements
- Building Maintenance experience
- Currently managing at least one subordinate
- Proficient knowledge of hand tools and maintenance duties
- Time management capability to accomplish work within established parameters
- Customer service focus and the ability anticipate guest needs

- Preferably in a hotel or multi-family properties
Responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and provide great guest service
- Perform preventative maintenance duties and procedures as needed
- Lead a team of Building Maintenance Tech I and II to complete tasks as assigned by the Computerized Maintenance Management System (QUORE)
- Perform a variety of tasks assigned by the Assistant General Manager and General Manager
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects
- Oversee all 3rd party outside contractors
- Respond to emergency situations promptly
- Always maintain a professional appearance
- Complete other duties as assigned
